Privacy
Your details,
handled plainly.
This site has one job: show the work and let you get in touch. It collects only what you choose to send.
What I collect
When you send a project brief, the form passes on what you type: your name, email, company, the services you ticked, the plan and timeline you picked, and your message. Nothing else is collected from the form.
How it is used
Your brief is emailed to me so I can reply and, if we work together, scope and deliver the project. A copy is also stored on the web server, outside the public site, so no message is lost if an email goes astray. I don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and tracking
This site runs no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no tracking cookies. Your browser remembers two small things on your own device: that you have already seen the opening animation (for this visit), and the day the start-a-project pop-up last showed, so it appears at most once a day.
Third parties
- Hosting: the site runs on Hostinger, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.
- Everything else (fonts, images, app icons, scripts) is served from this domain. No third-party code runs on the page.
- Films: pressing play loads YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
- WhatsApp and LinkedIn: only if you choose to click through to them. Their own privacy policies then apply.
How long I keep it
Briefs are kept for as long as it takes to reply and, if we work together, for the length of the project and its records. Ask and I will delete yours.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you have sent me. Email churchill@churchillbracknell.com and I will act on it promptly.
